Step 1: Create a BIGSdb-Pasteur account

Create a personal BIGSdb-Pasteur account using the official registration page:

This account will be used to identify you and manage your access rights.

Step 2: Register to the required databases

Once your account is created, you must register to the databases you wish to access, following the procedure described here:

Access to an API key is granted only for databases you are registered to.

Step 3: Contact BIGSdb-Pasteur to request an API Key

To request an API key, please contact the BIGSdb-Pasteur team relevant to your situation by e-mail (more details below) and provide the following information:

  • Why an API key is required

  Providing a clear motivation helps the BIGSdb-Pasteur team evaluate the request and ensure that API access is granted in accordance with usage policies
