BIGSdb-Pasteur is developed, maintained and expanded thanks to an interdisciplinary team of software developers (platform functionalities), informaticians (computing resources, storage), bioinformaticians (genotyping schemes, analytical methods) and expert curators (data integration and nomenclature service). Data are contributed by an impressive community of microbiologist end-users (National Reference Labs, public health agencies, researchers)
