Staphylococcus lugdunensis PasteurMLST database

This database contains data for a collection of isolates that represent the total known diversity of Staphylococcus lugdunensis. For every allelic profile in the profiles/sequence definition database there is at least one corresponding isolate deposited here. Only those isolates that represent novel allelic profiles are generally submitted to this database. Consequently, it should be noted that the database does not represent a population sample.
