PlasmidFinder - Mycobacterium abscessus PasteurMLST

PlasmidFinder is a tool for the identification and typing of plasmid replicons in whole genome sequencing.

PlasmidFinder is described in Carattoli et al. 2014 Antimicrob Agents Chemother 58:3895-903 and Carattoli et al. 2020 Methods Mol Biol 2075:285-294.

This tool will run PlasmidFinder against selected genome assembles and produce the results in JSON format.
