GeneScanner - Elizabethkingia PasteurMLST

This tool will create an alignment for a selected locus for the set of isolates chosen. Alternatively, you can enter an exemplar sequence to use rather than selecting a locus. A mutation analysis will then be performed.

GeneScanner was developed by Carolin Kobras, Seungwon Ko, Priyanshu Singh Raikwar, Broncio Aguilar-Sanjuan, Keith Jolley, and Samuel Sheppard at the University of Oxford, UK. It is described in Kobras et al. 2025 bioRxiv 2025.11.02.685864.

The mutation analysis code can be found at https://github.com/jeju2486/GeneScanner.

Analysis is limited to 5000 isolates.

Optionally upload a CSV file to group isolates for separate analysis.

Alternatively, if you want to use just 2 groups you can enter id numbers for isolates to add to group 2. All other isolates will be placed in group 1.
